Once registered, participants will receive an email link to join the class.
A dedicated space where arms and legs can move freely; a mat; a large folded bath towel and your phone, tablet or laptop are all you need.

Your device should be placed on a stable base, slightly higher than your floor. The distance and viewing area should clearly show your entire body and ideally a bit of floor space around you. What you see…I see.
