oneBody rents studio space to Pilates Teachers!
Teach your clients in our professionally equipped studio located in Lincoln Park.
Both you and your clients will enjoy our warm and inviting studio space located steps from New City, Steppenwolf Theater and the retail shopping on North Avenue.
Easy street parking on Halsted and 2 blocks south of the North Ave redline stop.
Teachers receive keys to the studio and the building access code. Teachers are required to show proof of their teaching background as well as maintain their own liability insurance with oneBody listed as an additional insured.
We have space and equipment to accommodate private, semi-private and small group classes including:
- 2 Stott Reformers
- 1 Trapeze Table
- 2 DLP High-back Chairs
- 1 Exo Chair
- 4 Spring Walls
- Small Equipment including stability balls and foam rollers
Per Session Rates:
$25/private
session
$30/semi-private
session
$35/group
sessions of 3-4 or up to 6 in a Pilates mat class
Rates are based on a 55-minute session
Monthly rates are available with a minimum of 10 client sessions per week.
A $75 deposit is required for the first month and can be deducted from your first rental payment.
