In response to Covid-19 oneBody is moving its studio to a virtual platform.
This will allow you to continue classes and sessions in the comfort of your own homewhile observing safe social distancing. We know the ideal is in the studio with generous tactile cueing. This is what so many of us love about Pilates and movement in general.

oneBody Virtual is a great option to keep your movement practice…moving!

We are offering regularly scheduled group classes and private sessions. All classes are suitable for all levels. You will still receive the meticulous, razer-sharp cueing you have come to know, love and expect from oneBody.

You will be challenged, you will move and you will share camaraderie with others in the class…just virtually! Right now, our goal is to help keep you moving and healthy in your body, while also lifting your spirit.

Group Classes are presented on Zoom
Your class link will be emailed 1 hour before your class start time.
Private Sessions are presented on: Zoom, and FaceTime

  • Join your class 10m early so we can work out any kinks
  • Designate a space where you can move freely without any obstructions
  • Use your phone, tablet or laptop on a tripod (best) or place on sturdy surface
  • Device should be horizontal with your entire body and a bit of floor space in view. What You See…I See
  • Mute your device if others in your home/office will be present
  • Ask questions if you want to, make adjustments if you need to but most importantly…immerse yourself in the class/session and have fun.
